About us
(Scroll down the page to see everything)
In Washington we hold a monthly speaker meeting on the second Tuesday in every month at St. Andrew's church hall, Concord. The doors open at 9.40am and the meeting begins at 10.15am. The intervening time gives members a chance to socialise, have refreshments and sign up for activities. We always enjoy a varied list of speakers and usually come away from the meeting both enlightened and entertained.

We have a number of interest groups that are well attended. Please browse the group pages for more information on these. Some of our interest groups meet at the Millenium Centre where we have the use of a community room with very good facilities. In addition there are a number of individual events that are organised for members, including an annual dinner, luncheons and trips to interesting places. Members are always coming up with new and interesting ideas for things to do and places to go.
